Contacted their representative thru… Contacted their representative thru LinkedIn, seemed very professional. She reached out, sent me timely info and offered to begin the process. I signed up for the initial consultation and was ready to begin. They canceled the consult about 2 hours before the time with no explanation or follow up. Very unprofessional. At least I had not given them any money yet. Moved on to someone else.

If I could give them a -5 I would If I could give them a -5 I would. They are the worst resume writing service l have ever used. They probably don’t use real people, and they expect the client to make the corrections. Save money do it yourself or hire a business education student in high school or community college. I have never spent this amount of money for this poor level of service. I am not sure of their level of appreciation for the professional people who make live with disabilities.
