NGHigh-quality leads updated promptly It was good that I was constantly getting timely gig updates. The daily updates weren't being given in excess. According to the criteria I selected, the gig appeared in my mailbox. I like the fact that you could also get gigs outside of the United States, Whenever you feel the need, you may also update your gig preferences. The gig's scope didn't particularly impress me. It seems constrained to particular gigs. The only solace is that they promised to add Keywords to the search list to broaden the scope of the leads.

GBZero stars. Bad Service. No Response. If I could give them a zero, I would. Each "gig" came in its own email, which meant multiple emails clogging our business's inbox every day. The "gigs" were often employment and job posting so many were not even useful. We cancelled our 7-day free trial (which we received no reminder about so mark your calendars) about 12 hours too late and were charged for a month of service. We reached out to ask them for a refund because we legitimately could get 0 value out of their service. We received a automatic email that we would be contacted within 2 business days but never heard anything from them, even after follow up. We disputed their charge with our credit card....which they finally (surprise) responded to ...to fight us on. WOW, awful service...if you can even qualify it as a service

AUProblem was fixed They charged me 35 USD for the 1 month membership, but when I access SolidGigs, it says membership expired. They charged me 35 USD and after the 1 week free trial, I can't access it? Either give me my membership or give me my money back. Their support doesn't do anything to help either. I have contacted support twice within the past week and have received no reply. Edit: I finally received a reply. I will change my review depending on what happens. Edit 2: The problem was fixed.

ITno customer service and website not working Once you sign up for the free trial, it's not possible to cancel it as the page is not working, and the customer service isn't replying. Also, I haven't received any leads in the first days

GBCharged me a month 1 week into my month trial Charged me a month 1 week into my month free trial despite not stating this clearly anywhere. When a refund was requested they kept 25% of my payment and claimed it as 'processing fees' which is utterly ridiculous. 1.75-4% is pretty standard across the globe and across most payment methods. Sounds like a scam to seperate many small freelance workers from a chunk of change hoping most wont miss it or complain. Disgusting. PS: Post reply -taken from my email. I was on a week trial of Solidgigs, after which I decided I hadn't had enough leads to keep the subscription. I tried to cancel and was offered a free period (I think a month). So I thought I'd give it some more time to see if it was worthwhile over the longer period. 1 week into this period I've been charged for the month (it wasn't stated anywhere this would happen). _________ So basically it was the second offer (after cancelling the free week) which lead to me being charged. Watch out for that if you're using SG. Cheers.
