They addressed the problem promptly and effectively. I must say, the support I received was exceptional, contrary to some negative feedback I've seen. Very bad service, but good leads I am one unlucky user that got the account blocked right after the free 7 days trial and after I paid the first month. After 7 days they are incapable of restoring the account, and I can't access my account to cancel the service, download a payment receipt or invoice, not to mention that there are no more leads coming in. Highly incompetent company, I regret ever trying their services and I absolutely do not recommend it. Later edit - I got back the access to the account, but I still can't see the last payment receipt. What is good about the website: when it works, you get good leads, daily.

High-quality leads updated promptly It was good that I was constantly getting timely gig updates. The daily updates weren't being given in excess. According to the criteria I selected, the gig appeared in my mailbox. I like the fact that you could also get gigs outside of the United States, Whenever you feel the need, you may also update your gig preferences. The gig's scope didn't particularly impress me. It seems constrained to particular gigs. The only solace is that they promised to add Keywords to the search list to broaden the scope of the leads.
