GBJohn max tell me why dont you pay based… John max tell me why dont you pay based on commissions? Is your certification recognized by any states and laws? I hope because it appears that members have to pay all cost until they get to a certain level. That includes training course, trips, books. Another questions : Can a person moves up the ladder can they lose their position if they do not sell anymore, or If customers cancel their subscription or membership? And can you show me anywhere in the bible that these type of tatic of business is based on the bible? Because what I read so far i dont find it. I did find however that it goes against the biblical belief. Honestly I am trying to understand it and I hope you will answer my questions. If not will than I guess I draw my own conclusion.

GBI trust this organizations content I trust this organizations content . But truthfully I am just beginning process of putting the teaching into practice. So until I receive feedback from my customers. I can not state more. Initially ,I just didn’t know where to start and how to put my ideas into reality.

UABiggest impact in life. So far John Maxwell Team had the biggest impact in my life. I have never experienced anything like JMT. I am already one year and half with the Team. I grow every day and people around me. JMT community something really amazing. Powerful growing environment. Invaluable content. Best teaching faculty I ever had, investing their time. So thankful to God and John Maxwell Team.

GBI love John's books but… I love John's books but I was very disappointed by how rudely I was treated when I reached out to the organization inquiring about hiring a coach.

GBHas the JMT lost sight of its mission Has the JMT lost sight of its mission? Sadly, it seems as the mission is more about building checkbooks than serving others. It is heartbreaking. I really believed that this was different and yet greed seems to have outweighed service. It has become more about pay to play. We are taught to "avoid the shiny object" syndrome however at each turn we are being asked to spend more to get more. We are taught "we are enough" yet in order to be enough we are to buy another class or program or position. Access to certain "privileges" is purchased and then the bar is raised so more money is required to obtain the same access. The leadership team is changing without sufficient explanation. We build a relationship with someone and then they are gone. Is this also a money thing? Are other "leaders" being brought in at half the price? Finally, the leadership does not reflect the demographics of the group. Women are over represented in support roles and not in leadership positions even though the demographics of the group are likely to be a 50/50 split male to female. A classic patriarchal organization. Another disappointing fact about the JMT. On the bright side, I have met some of the most amazing people in my life. Highly motivated to change the world. For me, the greatest value has been the people I've met and the impact they are having. John C. Maxwell is one of the most amazing men I know. An outstanding leader, story teller and speaker. Is this the legacy he wants to leave?
