Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a promo 2 week dog food and received the wrong order with raw rather than cooked. It’s been more than a week waiting for a resolution and they responded today saying that I ordered raw. Quite surprised given I have the confirmation clearly stating what I ordered and it says COOKED. I cancelled the subscription and went to Lyka. Much better service and quality of food.

My two Springer Spaniels can’t get… My two Springer Spaniels can’t get enough! I’ve been slowly introducing Bezzie food into their meals and we haven’t had any issues at all. They seem to really love it, and I even have one super picky dog. I got the fresh chicken recipe. I would recommend!

This dog food is horrible This dog food is horrible. My dog who eats everything won’t eat it. It is basically mush. I let customer service know and they offered NOTHING. Wanted to return, told me they couldn’t risk cross contamination - the food is sealed in containers - WHAT CROSS CONTAMINATION??? They are horrible, don’t use!
