Constant problems Food is great. Dog absolutely loves it, and it has sorted out his bowel issues wonderfully. However, the food provided doesn’t fulfil the amount needed for their feeding guide. Customer support is not overly helpful because they clearly failed math at the primary school level. I’ve cancelled as a result and will go with a better company.

2 Sick Pooches…BE WARNED! We were so excited about introducing our pups to Bezzie. The box arrived on time and well packaged but that’s where it stopped unfortunately. We followed the transition recommendations for both wet food and biscuits and both our dogs have been violently ill. They’ve also now completely stopped eating altogether, the moment they sense any Bezzie mixed in their food they turn their noses up. In the past week we’ve had vomiting, diarrhoea even blood in one of our pups stools. I’m sorry but anything half decent would not have this affect and I’d hate to think what’s actually in this food that’s making them so sick. We’ve thrown it out and wished we had seen these reviews before we purchased it…never again!

Unreliable and last order never arrived… I ordered Bezzie for three months before giving up. The food is good quality and the packaging easy to open for single serves but I had incorrect deliveries twice and this last order just simply didn’t show up. The said they would look into it and contact me with more info but instead just sent an email saying my order was refunded rather than try to solve the problem and redeliver. So now we’re out of dog food and it’s my problem to fix. Absolutely not reliable, do not recommend.

FOOD CAUSES DIGESTIVE ISSUES I haven't had issues with customer service yet but I expect to soon. Bezzie chicken nosh (and possibly beef too but I'm unsure) has caused my dogs to be sick and the digestive distress caused a senior foster dog of mine to become so sick I had to put her down. I almost never do reviews and maybe it was a "bad batch" but I've been using them for MONTHS and although I'm ashamed to say it took me so long to figure out what was harming my pups I'm glad they'll be safe from now on. Now I just need to fight to get my money back.

Terrible business Terrible, terrible business practices. They blatantly fail to cancel orders or respond to customer requests that are made in a timely manner. They say that nothing can be done even when a charge is still pending and the food will not be delivered for 5-7 days. I’ve had this exact scenario with another company, which told me “no problem! We will cancel that order!” That is how business should be done. It is obvious bezzie only intends to get money in any way possible and doesn’t care about serving the customer. I’m still in disbelief at their failure to help me or respond appropriately and reasonably. Avoid this business at all costs. They don’t care about animals or humans, only money! It makes me concerned about the true quality of the food, given their obvious focus.
