GBMy bezzie is a picky eater and that has… My bezzie is a picky eater and that has not changed but he eats better w Bezzie bites and nosh than any other high quality food. He had loose stools for a month when we first started him but by increasing the lamb bites and decreasing the chicken/beef nosh he’s now back on track. His teeth and coat look healthy and he’s energetic. I love having the box dropped at our home and I’ve been able to make adjustments in his plan without difficulty.

GBCS Won’t Help They charged my account but I was unable to cancel or suspend the delivery due to issues with the website. I tried to explain this but they refused to refund me & the product at that time still hadn’t shipped. The cs is awful. They’re not interested in building customer loyalty. They’re more interested in getting money however they can. I still don’t have the food & they are still saying they won’t refund me. So now I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank.

AUNot sure about all the negative… Not sure about all the negative reviews. They almost swayed me so hence this non-reviewer has been compelled to write a review. The food is amazing. My 9 year old Staffy has stopped farting, has better breath and a gorgeous coat. He loves the food. We didn’t even wean him onto it. We just gave it to him and he loves it. No issues. It’s a little expensive but worth it. Don’t let the negative people influence you. All the happy customers like me probably don’t bother writing reviews.

GBTerrible business Terrible, terrible business practices. They blatantly fail to cancel orders or respond to customer requests that are made in a timely manner. They say that nothing can be done even when a charge is still pending and the food will not be delivered for 5-7 days. I’ve had this exact scenario with another company, which told me “no problem! We will cancel that order!” That is how business should be done. It is obvious bezzie only intends to get money in any way possible and doesn’t care about serving the customer. I’m still in disbelief at their failure to help me or respond appropriately and reasonably. Avoid this business at all costs. They don’t care about animals or humans, only money! It makes me concerned about the true quality of the food, given their obvious focus.

GBThis dog food is horrible This dog food is horrible. My dog who eats everything won’t eat it. It is basically mush. I let customer service know and they offered NOTHING. Wanted to return, told me they couldn’t risk cross contamination - the food is sealed in containers - WHAT CROSS CONTAMINATION??? They are horrible, don’t use!
