I got an amazing, kind, professional company who delivered just the casket I was looking for. We also received a follow up phone call from Matthew to confirm all was well. I had no problem with the product or… I had no problem with the product or the service. It was delivered, next day, as promised. I didn't mind paying extra for next day shipping (over $300). However, the website does NOT figure in mileage charges. I received a phone call, the next day, stating I owed another charge of over $500 for mileage. I personally think more than $800 shipping and mileage is a bit excessive.

Absolutely This transaction couldn’t of run smoother. When I called to order and talked with Matt he assured me that everything would be taken care of. The casket arrived next day at the exact time he said it would - he said that the red cedar casket would be beautiful and it most definitely was. People commented that it was the most beautiful casket they had ever seen. My brother deserved the best and we got it! Thank you Matt!

Work with this company. I worked with Matthew and Colby and they were both very profession and easy to talk to. Matthew listened to my requests, provided suggestions, and did not pressure me.
