I had no problem with the product or… I had no problem with the product or the service. It was delivered, next day, as promised. I didn't mind paying extra for next day shipping (over $300). However, the website does NOT figure in mileage charges. I received a phone call, the next day, stating I owed another charge of over $500 for mileage. I personally think more than $800 shipping and mileage is a bit excessive.

The casket arrived next day at the exact time he said it would - he said that the red cedar casket would be beautiful and it most definitely was.
