The casket was delivered on time and I was updated on the time of delivery in case I need to personally inspect the item. Excellent customer service and communication!

Outstanding Customer Service The customer service is outstanding. The casket I ordered couldn’t be delivered to the mortuary because they had no room to store it. Devine Caskets held it until the mortuary would receive it. It was delivered as promised in perfect condition, and beautiful for my mom. Highly recommend them.
