Great Vendor Transparency, patience and professionalism in answering my questions before buying, even text me pics of the casket since the website pics looked different in colors. Good and reasonably priced casket The casket was well designed and reasonably priced. Was delivered on time and their customer service personnel were very helpful. I couldn't find the invoice for the casket and I called and left a message. I got a response immediately and after I told them my request, they promptly sent me the invoice.
