The owner called me within the hour confirmed all the details and did all the coordination with the funeral home. I didn’t have to think about it. The funeral director notified me that the casket had arrived as promised via white glove service. On the day of the service I saw it and it was just as described at a fraction of the cost I would have payed via the funeral home.
