I searched in the designated areas I wanted to reside, applied to multiple properties, had a few walk throughs, filled out an application and got a room. The ones who were renting rooms also reached out to me but they were not in my search area so I kindly declined. If you are looking for a FREE painless experience use Roomies! Very helpful! Love this site, over the years I have found 2 roommates and someone to take over a lease through this site. Because of their verification process I feel very safe in talking to people on here. They make the process of finding a roommate just a little less horrible.
