I added a great grandfather ( this happened twice) … it was good. Then tried adding a spouse for this person and she ended up being a step-mother for the child.no matter what I tried, I ended up with a mixed up parent-child result. That’s why I’m giving up.

Finding My Great-Grandfather! I came to this site to find information on my great-grandparents who came from Ireland to the US in the mid-1800s. That was all I knew. The construction of a family tree, adding in my parents and grandparents, resulted in finding the names of both great-grandparents and where they were born. I spent about 3 hours reading and found the site easy to navigate, even for a tech "rookie" like me.

After initiating contact by email, I phone the call center. After initiating contact by email between US and UK due to the time difference I them followed up with a phone call during UK office hours and reached a call center in Scotland. The young woman was very knowledgeable concerning her job and to make it even better, kind with a sense of humor. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
