GBI find the site a bit difficult to… I find the site a bit difficult to navigate. I encountered a problem and do not know how to fix it. I have one ancestor listed twice and I need to link this person with her husband. I deleted one and then when I tried to link this person with her husband, I chose her from my tree and it kept going around and around asking me to choose the person from my tree. I'm not at all happy with this site. I feel Ancestry is easier to navigate.

GBCharged for year subscription before trial periord ended I really liked being able to access US Church records for my ancestors. From my experience, most of the information was from the UK and I don't have enough background on my ancestors to link to UK info. This was also very costly for the amount of usable info provided. WARNING to OTHERS: my credit card was charged for a year subscription BEFORE my trial period was over. If this happens to you, there is a 14-day cooling off period where they should refund your $. Operating hours are UK time zone.

GBWebsite is too difficult to use and… Website is too difficult to use and requires too much entry. It never worked properly while I was trying to use Family Tree. I canceled my trial account.

GBAfter initiating contact by email, I phone the call center. After initiating contact by email between US and UK due to the time difference I them followed up with a phone call during UK office hours and reached a call center in Scotland. The young woman was very knowledgeable concerning her job and to make it even better, kind with a sense of humor. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
