After initiating contact by email between US and UK due to the time difference I them followed up with a phone call during UK office hours and reached a call center in Scotland. The young woman was very knowledgeable concerning her job and to make it even better, kind with a sense of humor. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

GBCharged for year subscription before trial periord ended I really liked being able to access US Church records for my ancestors. From my experience, most of the information was from the UK and I don't have enough background on my ancestors to link to UK info. This was also very costly for the amount of usable info provided. WARNING to OTHERS: my credit card was charged for a year subscription BEFORE my trial period was over. If this happens to you, there is a 14-day cooling off period where they should refund your $. Operating hours are UK time zone.

GBMisleading marketing… I realize that you have to make money to be able to maintain your site, However, I have not learned one new fact working with you that I didn’t already know. I have been using your family tree feature and have entered 10+ layers of my family. I have had tons of “hints”. Nothing has been new information. Anything new that I would want to know requires me to join your site. If you advertise online that you offer free tools they should be totally free. Just be honest on your advertising.

GBIt is very user friendly and cheaper… It is very user friendly and cheaper than most genetic testing sites. I think I'm going to have an interesting time finding out where my family comes from.

GBWebsite is too difficult to use and… Website is too difficult to use and requires too much entry. It never worked properly while I was trying to use Family Tree. I canceled my trial account.
