Let me guess, the sale ends when then come back in stock. You got me frustrated. 11/29 Update: Okay, so I'm feeling much better now! My original 3-star review got some attention and I received a phone call with advance notice of the Black Friday sale. Pretty good sale and I picked up some more stuff. Thank you AMS. My original frustrations were partly due to me not being familiar with the AMS website. There is a lot of stuff there and things can be hard to find unless you know what you're looking for. I have used the AMS hand augers for decades and will continue to do so. I'm pretty happy with how well they work, there durability and build quality.

I ordered two pieces of equipment that I expected to use together and they let me know after making the order that they would not function together, then offered to change my order, and did not adjust the total payment. This was exceptional and I will only be buying from this supplier when possible from now on.

GBI've been a customer of AMS for many… I've been a customer of AMS for many years. When I purchased the telescoping auger I wasn't real sure if I would like it. Turns out I love it and use it on 90% of my field work. So many sites that it needed new bits. So I ordered a new bucket while the original one is being sent back for refurbishing. This is a great company.
