GBFrom the initial conversation with the… From the initial conversation with the Goodwill representative to the pickup of the vehicle by the tow truck driver; the process was completed smoothly! Thank you

GBHas gone from a poor experience to a bad one. process was unclear, the phone people had no idea what the towing company is doing. I did not recieve a recipt of donation for few days after the donation. I also recieved a call trying to convince me it was my fault that the experience was a below what was expected. Then a reply to my review indicating I was the confused party. The national call center need to take ownership for their poor performance, rather then blaming me for trying to make a donation. It has become pretty evident that only a fraction of the donation goes to goodwill, the rest to the call center, towing company and auction house. I have donated cars in teh past. This was by FAR the worst experience and their recent reply to my review continues to show their tilted approach to all of this.

GBThey were very efficient about donating… They were very efficient about donating my van. Very polite, and had everything organized. Driver and helper were very courteous, and super fast at picking the van up. Had paperwork for me.

GBIt was easy compared to other car… It was easy compared to other car donation organizations ive been in touch with. With our hectic work schedule, it wasn't possible for us to go to the MVA to get new title......we had a lein release letter which was sufficient for Goodwill. Signed a power of attorney document they provided and said goodbye to a wonderful trusted car. Hoping it will benefit someone else for awhile longer! Thanks guys!!! I should also add that all people involved are very profressional...from the initial call to the tow truck pick up person (Sam)...all professional and courteous!
