GBPrice was main thing Price was main thing. Had to question the price of the extra battery but RTO stood behind their listed price , so that was good. . Will refer to any other contractors that need an underwater drill to RTO.

GBI purchased a Nemo drill and it arrived… I purchased a Nemo drill and it arrived within 2 days which was awesome. I also ordered a set of brushes for the drill that did not arrive. I called customer service (someone picked up right away without pushing 20 button) and spoke with a guy that apologized and had them expedited to me right away. No drama, no dragging their heels and made me feel valued. My experience was pleasant which is unusual these days.
