Will was extremely professional, polite and patient and explained everything. The equipment arrived as advised, in perfect working order, packed excellent. Simple to use and pack up and return. I used the equipment for no more than 5minutes but it solved my issue and the whole process was effortless.

GBI purchased a Nemo drill and it arrived… I purchased a Nemo drill and it arrived within 2 days which was awesome. I also ordered a set of brushes for the drill that did not arrive. I called customer service (someone picked up right away without pushing 20 button) and spoke with a guy that apologized and had them expedited to me right away. No drama, no dragging their heels and made me feel valued. My experience was pleasant which is unusual these days.
