CAPerfect experience for shipping to Canada Perfect. Ordered four subsalve underwater lift bags for my boat lift, for shipment to Atlantic Canada, via FEDEX and was flawless and earlier than promised; always like it when a company under promises and over delivers. Certainly better than the other way around....looking forward to using them to remove my boat lift in October, but the bags look super strong and durable. GBThe postage said it would arrive by… The postage said it would arrive by 11:00 AM but did not arrive until 3:30 PM. I don't know if it was the fault of the company or fed. ex. Upon seeing what had happened to the shipment rental tools immediately started to resolve this problem. They reimbersed me for some of the cost of the postage. I did not ask them to do this. They just wanted my experience to be a good experience. I would definely use them again.

GBAwesome rep; great product! Will Noonan was awesome in explaining everything to make the best choice for our application... which was lifting/leveling a cottage where part of one of the beams was resting right on the ground so it only required minimal digging to fit the airbag under the beam for lifting. My first time using air bags and they worked fantastic! Very impressed! The other contractor on the job said: "I'm getting some of those!!"

GBIn a jam and RTO delivered! Reached out to RTO via phone call and was helped immediately by Hunter. He came through with the correct equipment that we needed urgently and had it next day delivered to our job site! Couldn't ask for any better service or a more knowledgeable and helpful rep than Hunter at RTO. Thanks a lot you guys!!

GBHad a great experience with this company The product arrived on time, fully functional. I made a mistake with my order on the website - somehow the smoke cartridges were not included. It was probably a mistake on my end since I didn't see them on the invoice either. I tried calling, but it was a holiday weekend when I got it. They did call back the following Monday, and I appreciate the effort. There was another issue with shipping. After I removed the old label, attached new one and sent it off, the machine arrived back at my house a few days later! I called it in, and RTO was able to get me a new label and update my order so I wasn't charged the additional days. Well done, folks!
