AuPair makes it all possible and amazing. People working in AuPair program helped me with everything. Weather it's program itself or something else. This is also such an amazing opportunity to meet people and culture's all over the world. I never held back with any problem or anything else because this company is so amazing but what makes it so amazing is the people who work in AuPair.

Very hands on The start of our experience went smoothly. Everyone was prompt and communicated in a timely manner. They were also readily available for any questions and our local coordinator is great. After we matched, our Au Pair notified us of some things that raised an eyebrow, however once we told our team they handled it quickly even though it was late in the process.

Bring back in person orientation Overall the Au Pair program is the most cost affective way to have customized childcare if a family is open to having a young adult become part of their family for 1-2 years. I do think the program needs to bring back in person training/orientation like they did pre-pandemic. Training young Au Paits virtually is not the best way to learn. 1. They benefit from having a few days in the US before going straight to the host families 2. They have an opportunity to build a network earlier and ask their fellow Au pairs for help 3. Sometimes they are lost in the virtual lessons and instructors miss out on those verbal cues. English is not their first language 4. I understand that inflation is up and the price has gone up too so I’m not sure why the program is skimping on in person training
