First experience not good! First experience not good. I chose to put a tool into my cart and proceed to check out. While doing so a banner popped up and said my purchase qualified for a $5.00 dollar special discounjt. When I finalized check out it then told me I didn't qualify after I proceeded to finish checking out! Not a pleasant experience. I left the site without the tool. Several weeks later I went back and ordered the tool anyway because I needed it. Everything else was OK. Fast ship, on time delivery and it was the right tool delivered!

Great customer support I am the Quality Manager at a plastic injection molding company. I have used Global Test Supply over the years to obtain new measuring tools. Recently our roughness tester was out and I was able to rent a replacement while ours was out getting repaired, which was very helpful. Team members in other departments had not heard of Global Test Supply until recently. They visited the website on my request and now they are eager to purchase their tools here also.

Customer Service for object DOA I ordered a 4 inch K type thermocouple probe. The tip of the probe arrived with a ~80° bend in the tip. I sent photos to the customer service team, and they promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent. Unfortunately the shipping took approximately 2-3 weeks for each probe, but that's about par for the course in today's environment. Overall, highly satisfied with the experience. Thank you for taking me seriously and making the situation right!
