Shipped wrong part, but resolved UPDATE - After this review, Global Test Supply contacted me and I was shipped the correct part. I was shipped the wrong items (two $20 sets of pliers instead of the $111 ones I ordered) and have contacted customer service 3 times now for a return authorization. The first reply said my email would be forwarded to the returns dept, second reply said they would forward it again, and my third request (10/11/23) was ignored.
