Shipped wrong part, but resolved UPDATE - After this review, Global Test Supply contacted me and I was shipped the correct part. I was shipped the wrong items (two $20 sets of pliers instead of the $111 ones I ordered) and have contacted customer service 3 times now for a return authorization. The first reply said my email would be forwarded to the returns dept, second reply said they would forward it again, and my third request (10/11/23) was ignored.

Faith Restored Global has restored my faith. My problem was resolved because Global reads its feedback and tries to make good on all its sales. They responded promptly to my complaint and even though it took some work, they made sure I was a satisfied customer.

Would give zero stars if possible Would give zero stars if possible. My order was placed on June 19th, order cancelled on Sept 1 because they couldn't provide the item I ordered. Ordered the exact item from PK Safety and had it within 7 days and that included custom calibration. Do not recommend Global Test Supply. And no, I will not supply my information, I've communicated numerous times with you folks about this order. If you can't find it, you aren't looking hard enough.

First experience not good! First experience not good. I chose to put a tool into my cart and proceed to check out. While doing so a banner popped up and said my purchase qualified for a $5.00 dollar special discounjt. When I finalized check out it then told me I didn't qualify after I proceeded to finish checking out! Not a pleasant experience. I left the site without the tool. Several weeks later I went back and ordered the tool anyway because I needed it. Everything else was OK. Fast ship, on time delivery and it was the right tool delivered!

Megger and Fluke Testers ordered So our company ordered a couple of testers last year and while there was a lot of back and forth between us and their representative, we received our testers according to specification. There was some delay in delivery but I can chalk that up to worldwide supply chain issues last year. I highly recommend and Thank you Chris Doran from the company for helping us out.
