Don't Buy Clones, While shopping the internet for a Mitotoyo 500-196-30 Digimatic caliper, I encountered many similar calipers that appeared to be clones. After some added research I found out my suspicions were accurate. Global Test Supply had the caliper I wanted at an attractive price. Upon arrival, the Caliper was all I had expected, and that was 'not a clone'. It passed all the original equipment tests and I am a happy camper. The smoothness of operation will expose any clone. The caliper arrived quickly, packaged well, and in excellent condition. I will be using the caliper in my rifle reloading hobby. Purchase only from reputable suppliers. The rental period began only after the item arrived, and the return shipping time was not part of the rental period. The cost was very reasonable compared with limited local options.
