Easy to navigate site with a good selection The site is easy to navigate with good, clear photos of measurement tools. In my case I needed a new pair of digital Mitutoyos. Global Test Supply had the best price and shipping was free in my case. The checkout process was easy to get through as well. As a bonus I got mine in 2 days as we are both located in North Carolina. This was my first purchase here, but won't be my last if I need any similar products. Can recommend to anyone that is need of precision measuring tools. Thank you.

Customer Service for object DOA I ordered a 4 inch K type thermocouple probe. The tip of the probe arrived with a ~80° bend in the tip. I sent photos to the customer service team, and they promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent. Unfortunately the shipping took approximately 2-3 weeks for each probe, but that's about par for the course in today's environment. Overall, highly satisfied with the experience. Thank you for taking me seriously and making the situation right!

Levelpro products (PS8000 radar sensors… Levelpro products (PS8000 radar sensors and ITC 450-1129 displays) are in low quality. Their manuals provide quite a few incorrection information, which misleads users. They should update theri manuals before selling those products. Technical support level is really low as well. I would not recommend to buy any products from this manufacturer.

First shipment went to the wrong state… First shipment went to the wrong state (MN vs. WA) despite having submitted the correct address. Contacted the seller immediately with no response. After 3 business days I was forced to file claims with both UPS & Paypal. A massive waste of our time. Seller refunded the money with no explanation or apology. Placed the same order a second time and thankfully that proved successful.
