Don't Buy Clones, While shopping the internet for a Mitotoyo 500-196-30 Digimatic caliper, I encountered many similar calipers that appeared to be clones. After some added research I found out my suspicions were accurate. Global Test Supply had the caliper I wanted at an attractive price. Upon arrival, the Caliper was all I had expected, and that was 'not a clone'. It passed all the original equipment tests and I am a happy camper. The smoothness of operation will expose any clone. The caliper arrived quickly, packaged well, and in excellent condition. I will be using the caliper in my rifle reloading hobby. Purchase only from reputable suppliers. "TO HAVE THE VERY BEST,,,ONLY COSTS YOU ONCE!!"

Shipped wrong part, but resolved UPDATE - After this review, Global Test Supply contacted me and I was shipped the correct part. I was shipped the wrong items (two $20 sets of pliers instead of the $111 ones I ordered) and have contacted customer service 3 times now for a return authorization. The first reply said my email would be forwarded to the returns dept, second reply said they would forward it again, and my third request (10/11/23) was ignored.

First shipment went to the wrong state… First shipment went to the wrong state (MN vs. WA) despite having submitted the correct address. Contacted the seller immediately with no response. After 3 business days I was forced to file claims with both UPS & Paypal. A massive waste of our time. Seller refunded the money with no explanation or apology. Placed the same order a second time and thankfully that proved successful.

Ordered the exact item from PK Safety and had it within 7 days and that included custom calibration. Do not recommend Global Test Supply. And no, I will not supply my information, I've communicated numerous times with you folks about this order. If you can't find it, you aren't looking hard enough.

Very positive experience The equipment I rented (a FLIR camera) arrived in excellent condition with a checklist of all items that should be present. The rental period began only after the item arrived, and the return shipping time was not part of the rental period. The cost was very reasonable compared with limited local options. A great option for specialized equipment.
