GBI haven't received any confirmation of… I haven't received any confirmation of my order I placed on 4/20/24. I intended to have it by Mothers day. It doesn't look like the order was either loss or cancelled. Cannot find any information on the orders progress. I sent an email referencing to this on your customer service web site.

GBI seem to have administrative problems… I seem to have administrative problems whenever I work with you guys. Today I made 4 phone calls to place one order every time. I called the phone got disconnected twice. Can you assist him? You Did have an announcement saying there are system issues and one of the employees told me the same thing, but this just happens too often.
