GBThe way it looks is like you can get an… The way it looks is like you can get an entire collection for a set price, but really your signing up for a monthly subscription and paying over what you think your paying. Look very closely!!!!! It’s just shy of a scam. First time I specifically was led to believe I was buying one coin! I’m then told after paying more for an entire collection, that they were both collections that were billed monthly, and the first one, that obviously was only purchasing one coin was a subscription as well, and was cheaper because I was paying a installment plan within a installment plan?!

GBCan't connect with customer service I rec'd an email stating there's a problem with my order and to call customer service right away. I checked my bank and saw payment was being processed. I tried multiple times to call but could not get any live person other than a robot saying they could not find my order number, phone number, or customer number in their system. I remained on hold but no one came on the line. The item was a gift for Mother's Day and if not shipped soon my mother will not get it in time. I do not know what the problem is nor how to get ahold of Customer Service. Very disappointing. Will not order from this company again.

GBI haven't received any confirmation of… I haven't received any confirmation of my order I placed on 4/20/24. I intended to have it by Mothers day. It doesn't look like the order was either loss or cancelled. Cannot find any information on the orders progress. I sent an email referencing to this on your customer service web site.
