KRPlease do not use BRADFORD exchange Please do not use BRADFORD exchange, and even do not open account. I purchased coin one time, but after this purchase, BRADFORD kept doing unrecognized purchase and charges in my account, eve n if I called customer service when I got 1st unrecognized purchase and charge, he confirmed that there was no automatic purchase, but 2nd fraudulent charge happened again in my credit account. I don't know why this company is doing this fraudulent charges again and again. I disputed and should change my credit card number. I cannot trust this BRADFORD.

USI seem to have administrative problems… I seem to have administrative problems whenever I work with you guys. Today I made 4 phone calls to place one order every time. I called the phone got disconnected twice. Can you assist him? You Did have an announcement saying there are system issues and one of the employees told me the same thing, but this just happens too often.

USCan't connect with customer service I rec'd an email stating there's a problem with my order and to call customer service right away. I checked my bank and saw payment was being processed. I tried multiple times to call but could not get any live person other than a robot saying they could not find my order number, phone number, or customer number in their system. I remained on hold but no one came on the line. The item was a gift for Mother's Day and if not shipped soon my mother will not get it in time. I do not know what the problem is nor how to get ahold of Customer Service. Very disappointing. Will not order from this company again.
