GBCrazy how much of a scam solidarity is Crazy how much of a scam solidarity is. Our sons hospital bill went unpaid for over 2 years. After about 30 plus phone calls and random “we’ll call you back” or “my manager isn’t in the office” excuses was insane. No way to keep track of anything that was submitted. Has complained of “new system” since 2019. Was a member for over 5 years and gladly left while I still had money in my pocket. Have gotten multiple families in our Catholic community off of Solidarity, the word is spreading of this scam company! Go look at all of their social media pages! Also the BBB has given notice to this company. Check out the HORRIBLE ratings and growing! Justice will be served. Run while you can!

They hide and play with members feelings, and gullibility.. on the guise that they are religious or a Christian order... See Judas Iscariot 😳 Nobody makes a decision that's beneficial for anybody just like the current "presidential administration" It's a joke and ... GBOff the Charts Customer Service! David Brzezniak helped me tremendously today and on 10/7/22. He continuously answered all my questions, provided information and eased my anxiety. David is dedicated to this mission. He made my day because sometimes managing the claims is very time consuming. David is thorough and highly skilled. GBUnpaid Bills Now Paid Had a nightmare situation with 2021 bills unpaid. In the last couple months, they’ve stepped up, contacted the hospitals, settled the bills. They have a team called Amps (not sure of spelling) who are rock stars. They negotiated everything away. I am praying for all here who are dealing with this. And I’m praying Solidarity continues to dig out of the hiccup they experienced coming out of COVID.

GBGreat Customer Support This was my first time using Solidarity Healthshare after changing from having insurance. My first experience of going to the pharmacy to get a flu shot was great! I had to call customer support to confirm whether I had to pay out of pocket or the pharmacy needed to bill Solidarity instead. Customer support answered the call quickly and was extremely helpful. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I've already submitted all the paperwork so I should be getting reimbursed shortly. Thanks Solidarity for making my first use experience a great one!
