About Solidarity HealthShare

Solidarity HealthShare is a non-profit Healthcare Sharing Ministry. We support you and your family by lowering your medical bills, providing a comprehensive team of care professionals to help you navigate the healthcare system, and giving you peace of mind knowing your healthcare dollars are used ethically. How Health Care Sharing Works Health care sharing is an alternative to traditional health insurance. It’s simple, affordable, and ethical health care that allows you and your family to get the care you need to stay healthy. Why Solidarity Solidarity HealthShare supports you and your family by lowering your medical bills, providing you with a team of care professionals to help you navigate the health care system, and giving you peace of mind knowing your health care dollars are used ethically. See the Doctors You Want to See No more checking to see if your favorite doctor is “in-network”. With Solidarity Healthshare, there is no “network” which means you get to see any healthcare provider that you want to see. Even naturopathic and alternative medicine practitioners are eligible for sharing at Solidarity. We know the fastest way to getting healthy is seeing the right doctor for you. Stay True to Your Conscience Have you ever been concerned that your health care dollars don’t line up with your values? Solidarity Healthshare conforms to the moral guidelines of the Catholic Church so you never pay for anything that violates your conscience. Prescriptions Solidarity HealthShare is the first health sharing ministry to offer comprehensive sharing in prescription medications through our Solidarity ONE program. For Solidarity ONE Members, prescriptions are a fully sharable expense, even for preexisting conditions and maintenance.

Too bad there is no zero-rating option Too bad there is no zero-rating option. My wife got brain cancer early 2023. Now multiple surgeries later and $150,000 in bills outstanding and not being paid by Solidarity, we spend our days worrying about her life AND the bills. Meanwhile if you don't keep paying they drop paying outstanding bills. We had an opportunity to get real insurance but was convinced Solidarity would cover it. PLUS we got approval by them to get one surgery in Mexico, then spent $60,0000 out of pocket doing that, and it appears the savings we used will not get reimbursed as promised. So, we go a triple whammy depending on this pyramid scheme. Stay away. Soooo misleading.

I chose not to become a member I chose not to become a member. Your document was not clear about preexisting conditions. I paid the application fee, only to find that there were some preexisting conditions that were never covered. I would recommend that you make this more clear since my application fee was not reimbursed .

We have been with Solidarity for 5… We have been with Solidarity for 5 years. It started out great. But for the last 3 years, the reimbursement and processing has slowed down considerably. I am not provided straight answers as it seems no one ever knows when items will be reimbursed once items are processed. The monthly charge is now way too much to deal with the admin issues. While they promote themselves as having providers that work with them and bill directly, I have yet to deal with a company that is willing to bill Solidarity directly.

CINO ( Catholic In Name Only) Still the worst healthshare ever. Daughter had ER visit in July 2021. Just now got notification of “sharing “ That is almost 3 years. Currently zero movement on cancer treatments from September, 23. Their preferred provider for breast cancer was a plastic surgeon 2 hours away from me.

Unpaid Bills Now Paid Had a nightmare situation with 2021 bills unpaid. In the last couple months, they’ve stepped up, contacted the hospitals, settled the bills. They have a team called Amps (not sure of spelling) who are rock stars. They negotiated everything away. I am praying for all here who are dealing with this. And I’m praying Solidarity continues to dig out of the hiccup they experienced coming out of COVID.
