GBMy NACA Counselor is amazing, patient and knowledgable. I started my journey to home ownership in January with NACA, This is truly a process to help me get to where I need to be to become a homeowner. This process is teaching me how to manage my money and save for my new home. I am excited about this progress! Thank you, NACA for giving me this opportunity!

GBOne of the worst experience I've ever… One of the worst experience I've ever had. Literally, I was yelled at by my Mortgage counselor and hung up on. Where in America (USA) do you have a counselor yell at the people they are working with/counseling. I lost over $3,100 also dealing with NACA mortgage counselor - Nicole Donald My NACA Member ID: 2124582 Contact information for counselor provided below Mortgage Counselor (Nicole Donald) HUD Certified | NMLS ID: 2152278 | 706-855-7464 ext 1668/706-592-8652 Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America 2652 Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA, 30815 Fighting for Economic Justice with America’s Best Mortgage

GBNACA Review I found out about NACA through a friend who is a realtor when I inquired about housing programs for low-income individuals. I scheduled to go to an informational meeting and then followed the instructions provided. Today was my first counseling meeting with Darryl Hughes and we had a pleasant interaction about what my next steps would be and agreed on an action plan creating a budget. My favorite part of the program is that there is no down payment, and no closing costs. I am looking forward to finding a home that is a good fit very soon.

GBBeginning of the Road, Take the 1st Step Recently, we've been thinking of purchasing a home but didn't know where to start. Then I remembered an organization called NACA a co-woker had told me about years ago. I looked them up and saw they were having a meeting on April 6th, which we attended. We were given a booklet to read once we got home and to follow along with during the meeting. The meeting was very informative and told you everything you could expect during your process. We looked over the booklet and began to gather our information that was required and upload it to the website. Soon we were assigned a counselor Mr.Johnson and a meeting was scheduled for the next week. The meeting went well and the process seems to be going well. This program seems to be all of what they tell you it will be. We can not wait to see what our process flourishes into.
