I have been navigating the home buying… I have been navigating the home buying process on my own for years. Today I had my first counseling session with NACA and I feel optimistic about finally achieving my goal. I was nervous about sharing my financial shortcomings. NACA Review I found out about NACA through a friend who is a realtor when I inquired about housing programs for low-income individuals. I scheduled to go to an informational meeting and then followed the instructions provided. Today was my first counseling meeting with Darryl Hughes and we had a pleasant interaction about what my next steps would be and agreed on an action plan creating a budget. My favorite part of the program is that there is no down payment, and no closing costs. I am looking forward to finding a home that is a good fit very soon.
