GBNACA is amazing NACA is truly an amazing program for those who are interested in owning a home. They may ask for a lot of information about yourself but the counselors are there to guide you and assist you with any questions or issues that you may come across when in the process. My counselor has been great at helping me and and providing information and couldn’t ask for more. Thank you NACA for this opportunity to get a home which I thought it wouldn’t be possible.

GBNACA Review I found out about NACA through a friend who is a realtor when I inquired about housing programs for low-income individuals. I scheduled to go to an informational meeting and then followed the instructions provided. Today was my first counseling meeting with Darryl Hughes and we had a pleasant interaction about what my next steps would be and agreed on an action plan creating a budget. My favorite part of the program is that there is no down payment, and no closing costs. I am looking forward to finding a home that is a good fit very soon.

GBIt's a pleasure having an organization… It's a pleasure having an organization such as NACA that advocates for people such as myself. They are making homemakers out of people, teaching budgeting, and giving me such a wonderful experience! I look forward to my first homeowning experience.

GBMy experience with NACA has been… My experience with NACA has been nothing short of awesome. I can truly appreciate how they have held me accountable to reaching my goals. My counselor, Antonio Coronado has been the BEST. He is sooooo thorough with the expectations and exercises plenty of patience with me when it comes to answering all my questions and making sure that I'm clear on what is required of me. I would highly recommend NACA to anyone who is trying to pursue ownership of real estate.
