My counselor, Antonio Coronado has been the BEST. He is sooooo thorough with the expectations and exercises plenty of patience with me when it comes to answering all my questions and making sure that I'm clear on what is required of me. One of the worst experience I've ever… One of the worst experience I've ever had. Literally, I was yelled at by my Mortgage counselor and hung up on. Where in America (USA) do you have a counselor yell at the people they are working with/counseling.
