Ngage does a great job handling live… Ngage does a great job handling live chats for our firm. We tried a less expensive chat service and potential clients clearly were not happy with the experience and often complained. That is no way to start a relationship.The chat service you choose is on the front lines of your business and the way the service handles potential clients reflects directly on your law firm.
