GBI have worked with Ngage for over 10… I have worked with Ngage for over 10 years and the quality and customer service is outstanding. My clients always are being targeted with "save money" and "we can do the same for less". OK, you can find cheaper service. Consider this: one client who lived and died by calls and web leads was firmed when he told me "let's save money" So we did, and 3 months after intakes had dropped 40% he called early one morning and said, "OK I get it now, they are cheaper because they have a longer wait time answering chats and are not as professional and that makes my customers go away" So saving a few dollars on the chat results in losing a client that was worth between $3500- $4000 a month. Sometimes cheaper is not better.

GBNgage does a great job handling live… Ngage does a great job handling live chats for our firm. We tried a less expensive chat service and potential clients clearly were not happy with the experience and often complained. That is no way to start a relationship.The chat service you choose is on the front lines of your business and the way the service handles potential clients reflects directly on your law firm. We have never had a complaint about an Ngage operator. They do a quality job and I highly recommend them.

GBNgage is the only chat service our law firm uses. Service works as advertised, a rarity these days. Customer service is top-notch. This is the only chat service we use, and we use it on all of our websites and landing pages. Very cost-effective too. It's quite surprising given how bad Martindale's other product Nolo is that Ngage would be so great, but they definitely got it right with this one!
