While I am pleased with the customer… While I am pleased with the customer service of Ngage, my opinion is listed as average due to the service itself. The customer service is excellent. The idea is great. The results are less than stellar though. I would be happy to go into more detail over the phone.

Where’s the lead? The professional service of my account representative has been outstanding and deserves 5 stars. The 1 star rating is focused on the fact that NGage Live Chat has not produced any valid leads or new clients.
