USNgage is the only chat service our law firm uses. Service works as advertised, a rarity these days. Customer service is top-notch. This is the only chat service we use, and we use it on all of our websites and landing pages. Very cost-effective too. It's quite surprising given how bad Martindale's other product Nolo is that Ngage would be so great, but they definitely got it right with this one!
