GBVery useful program I was a bit skeptical about this program, but have been pleasantly surprised. When a prospective client chats with the person on my website, I immediately receive an email with the transcription of the conversation. I have landed some clients with this program. The program also allows you to request no charge for those contacts which do not fit within your practice areas. I have done this a few times, without a hitch. I recommend the program.

GBI think Ngage offers a lot of value for… I think Ngage offers a lot of value for the price and treats customers very fairly. We've never had a dispute with them over any kind of billing, and I think their contract is reasonable. Also, we've overall seen positive trends in lead conversion, which is at least partially attributable to having the after-hours chat service. I think the jump from 4 to 5 stars would occur if they implemented more policies to weed out clients that are not in your practice areas. Although they don't bill you when that happens, we have gotten some feedback from prospective clients who felt the chat led them into thinking they'd found the right firm, only to find out the next morning that we couldn't help them or set a consult.
