The timeliness of the notices of contacts is immediate and the contact information gathered to respond is highly accurate. The numbers have exceeded my expectations and the biggest problem are too many inquiries at times. The front office is also easy to work with and provides answers to questions about billings quickly and fairly. I have had the chance to move to compare other providers, but have chosen to stay with Ngage. I highly recommend.
