GBNgage has performed as advertised. Ngage has performed as advertised. Candidly, it has exceeded my expectations. The timeliness of the notices of contacts is immediate and the contact information gathered to respond is highly accurate. The numbers have exceeded my expectations and the biggest problem are too many inquiries at times. The front office is also easy to work with and provides answers to questions about billings quickly and fairly. I have had the chance to move to compare other providers, but have chosen to stay with Ngage. I highly recommend.

GBNgage does a great job handling live… Ngage does a great job handling live chats for our firm. We tried a less expensive chat service and potential clients clearly were not happy with the experience and often complained. That is no way to start a relationship.The chat service you choose is on the front lines of your business and the way the service handles potential clients reflects directly on your law firm. We have never had a complaint about an Ngage operator. They do a quality job and I highly recommend them.
