Stephanie went out of her way to provide me with beyond excellent service and multiple customer follow ups. I ended up with the bearing that exceeded my initial order requirements. Great customer service What I was needing was not a everyday item. I explained to Stephanie what I was needing & she went out of her way to find out the details. Not only did she find what I was needing it was a great price!! Every time I had a question Stephanie was there to help. When I would call I would always get a friendly voice like Parker that always asked to help if Stephanie wasn't available & always asked how my day was going. That means a lot, they treated me like a person not someone just answering the phone to make a sale.
