GBGreat customer service - easy ordering I placed an order for roller bearings online from this company, 3BG Supply, that I happened to stumble across on the internet. After placing the order, I subsequently found they have great customers service. Shortly after ordering, I received a call from Jake to make sure everything was correct and that I was getting the exact parts that were needed. After delivery Jake followed back up to confirm reciept and I received a thank you email from one of the founders. Wow, great customer service!

GBOutstanding service saved the day, thousands of $ I was shopping for some seal that no one had in stock so I found them at 3BG Supply and placed the order. The next morning they sent me a note telling me we don't have those either and 180 day backlog on them but we have the same seal in another brand and would that be Okay? Heck yes it better than Okay! I got the parts shipped and on the way with something I couldn't find in five hours yesterday of shopping and calling! These people go above and beyond with "service" and you know what I mean, what service used to be!!!!! Got my problem solved by a company that cares, employees people that care and real SERVICE! I think I'm going to cry! Thank you you and the 3BG Supply team big time! It's a $25 order that has a machine down that's costing thousands in down time!
