Outstanding service saved the day, thousands of $ I was shopping for some seal that no one had in stock so I found them at 3BG Supply and placed the order. The next morning they sent me a note telling me we don't have those either and 180 day backlog on them but we have the same seal in another brand and would that be Okay? Heck yes it better than Okay! I got the parts shipped and on the way with something I couldn't find in five hours yesterday of shopping and calling! These people go above and beyond with "service" and you know what I mean, what service used to be!!!!! Got my problem solved by a company that cares, employees people that care and real SERVICE! I think I'm going to cry! Thank you you and the 3BG Supply team big time! It's a $25 order that has a machine down that's costing thousands in down time!

Stephanie went out of her way to provide me with beyond excellent service and multiple customer follow ups. I ended up with the bearing that exceeded my initial order requirements. Will be my only source for bearings in the future.
