They showed a very good price but!!!! They showed a very good price on a large bearing that I needed, several days after I ordered it, they called stating they could not get the brand I ordered, but would upgrade it, which was fine, but then a week later called to tell me that it wasn't available either!! Sounded almost too good to be true, and I guess it was, but it was what they advertised!!

Great customer service What I was needing was not a everyday item. I explained to Stephanie what I was needing & she went out of her way to find out the details. Not only did she find what I was needing it was a great price!! Every time I had a question Stephanie was there to help. When I would call I would always get a friendly voice like Parker that always asked to help if Stephanie wasn't available & always asked how my day was going. That means a lot, they treated me like a person not someone just answering the phone to make a sale.

Great customer service - easy ordering I placed an order for roller bearings online from this company, 3BG Supply, that I happened to stumble across on the internet. After placing the order, I subsequently found they have great customers service. Shortly after ordering, I received a call from Jake to make sure everything was correct and that I was getting the exact parts that were needed. After delivery Jake followed back up to confirm reciept and I received a thank you email from one of the founders. Wow, great customer service!
