When ordering I accidentally had a typo in the name and was so sad she was going to get his star with the wrong spelling on it. Customer support changed the name right away and let me know it was being shipped correctly and sent updated documents of the change. You guys rock!! Surprise Star… After I received the paperwork packet in the mail, I was very impressed with my star purchase. It made my named star very real to my significant other when he opened it. What a surprise for him to see. I think it is so romantic and special.

Faulty App and Terrible support Terrible support. I can not locate the star. The app is not working properly. Tech support doesn't listen and apparently acknowledged that the app was working properly and stopped responding. I just downloaded a competitor's app and see how this company's app probably should be working, because theirs helps you find a start from no matter where you are and which direction that you are facing. Someone that cares should look over the support emails. Also, if you look at the abundance of 1 star app reviews, you will see that I am not alone.
