5 Star Experience It was easy to order and they made an excellent star selection based on the preferences I entered. The electronic delivery was quick so I could send the gift same day and then the rest will come in a few days…kind of like the gift that keeps giving.

Feeling Like an Un-important Customer I would appreciate a return call or e-mail after repeated tries to get in touch with the company. I have not received my star info yet, after being told it would be in my spam folder, and when I contact the company I am told someone will get in touch with me soon, whick never happens. Poor customer service, so far.

Memorial Star I created a memorial star for 3 girls who lost there mother unexpectedly. The site was easy to use and making corrections were easy. I was also able to write a personal note on the certificate for them. They loved it and so did I!

When ordering I accidentally had a typo in the name and was so sad she was going to get his star with the wrong spelling on it. Customer support changed the name right away and let me know it was being shipped correctly and sent updated documents of the change. You guys rock!!
