Problem with shipping I have a huge problem with this company. I wanted to buy a pack with the recipient's star coordinates. However i wanted to present the pack to the person myself but they do not live in the Uk. Star registration will choose the star based on the shipping address only. Now, as the recipient does not live in the UK. This is not possible as the shipping address would be mine. It would have to be shipped straight to them. I want to see them opening the gift. This is not personal to me at all. For such a well known company, I'm not show why this is not an option!

Delivery was slow. Delivery was slow. I was sent a proof of how the message would look on the document. I emailed them, explained the problem and was then sent a new proof of how the message would look, I was happy with this however when the document arrived it had been printed as per the original draft which I had complained about. I contacted the company via email, received a prompt reply and a full new pack was sent and received within 3 days. Very happy with the service

Memorial Star I created a memorial star for 3 girls who lost there mother unexpectedly. The site was easy to use and making corrections were easy. I was also able to write a personal note on the certificate for them. They loved it and so did I!
