I emailed them, explained the problem and was then sent a new proof of how the message would look, I was happy with this however when the document arrived it had been printed as per the original draft which I had complained about. I contacted the company via email, received a prompt reply and a full new pack was sent and received within 3 days. Very happy with the service

He was the father of a 11 year old daughter and a 3 week old son, a wife, and brother. After receiving them I ordered an additional two copies, for myself and his father. The certificates were amazing. I look so very forward to heading out to my home skies in Arizona to locate the star in the night sky.
