So used it again to buy a Christmas gift, but made some errors writing out the certificate and expected to have to buy the whole package again, but upon emailing the company they corrected everything for me. When ordering I accidentally had a typo in the name and was so sad she was going to get his star with the wrong spelling on it. Customer support changed the name right away and let me know it was being shipped correctly and sent updated documents of the change. You guys rock!!
