GBService beyond expectation! I applied for a trademark, through the trademark411 web interface from the UK but there was a problem with the card payment for paying for the USPTO fees step. Nicholas at Trademarks411 paid anyway so there would be no problems for my application and I paid Trademarks411 afterwards. Bear in mind my business is located in the UK, so this was beyond what was expected or required. I've had a couple of queries since, and even though I have gone for the most basic package, Nicholas has been quick to respond and provided great assistance.

GBTrademarks411 Attorneys are Swindlers We paid almost $700 to get our company's name trademarked via Trademarks411 only to find out from the USPTO that for VERY obvious reasons our company name could not be trademarked. It is too generic. But we consulted with the attorneys at Trademarks411 about whether or not our name was a good candidate for trademarking, and they assured us that it was. Based on the letter we received from the USPTO regarding our trademark denial, the attorneys definitely should have known that our name was too generic to trademark. Very disappointed that they took our money instead of being upfront and honest with us about the law.

GBCustomer Service! The last thing any of us want to lose is a trademark that we have in place to protect our brand. Life keeps us all busy and we tend to forget to handle things and or we say that it will get done later. Needless to say, my very own later came back to become an issue but Trademarks411 handled that problem for me and for that, I am grateful.

FRExcellent and honest service. Excellent and honest service. After we asked them to register a trade name and made the payment, they advised us that filing that name would not be helpful for our purpose and they offered to refund the payment right away. Excellent company. G. van Dijk, Amsterdam

GBBad Communication I wish they would have did a more thorough search before filing my trademark application! I would have at least tried to find a different name vs wasting money after they told me they searched and I should be fine. I even paid an extra $199 for them to dispute the refusal, but it was refunded. They said they normally charge $600, which was not advertised on the site nor on my dashboard, and they said even then, they probably wouldn’t be able to dismiss the refusal! I just hate wasting money! I recommend finding a different trademark/ business lawyer to do the search before starting the trademark filing process. Not to mention I had to email them multiple times to get a status and find out what was going on! I still don’t know why my mark was refused. It was never fully explained, I just had to read the refusal document and figure it out.
