Service beyond expectation! I applied for a trademark, through the trademark411 web interface from the UK but there was a problem with the card payment for paying for the USPTO fees step. Nicholas at Trademarks411 paid anyway so there would be no problems for my application and I paid Trademarks411 afterwards. Bear in mind my business is located in the UK, so this was beyond what was expected or required. Trademarks411 Attorneys are Swindlers We paid almost $700 to get our company's name trademarked via Trademarks411 only to find out from the USPTO that for VERY obvious reasons our company name could not be trademarked.
