Customer Service! The last thing any of us want to lose is a trademark that we have in place to protect our brand. Service beyond expectation! I applied for a trademark, through the trademark411 web interface from the UK but there was a problem with the card payment for paying for the USPTO fees step. Bear in mind my business is located in the UK, so this was beyond what was expected or required.
