Based on the letter we received from the USPTO regarding our trademark denial, the attorneys definitely should have known that our name was too generic to trademark. Service beyond expectation! I applied for a trademark, through the trademark411 web interface from the UK but there was a problem with the card payment for paying for the USPTO fees step. Nicholas at Trademarks411 paid anyway so there would be no problems for my application and I paid Trademarks411 afterwards. Bear in mind my business is located in the UK, so this was beyond what was expected or required.
