GBUnfortunately Unfortunately, what they do you can do it by yourself. They don’t search which class your goods is at. They just file the application. You may receive a letter from USPTO that a wording is board and classified in more than one class. When I checked by myself I found out it’s true and I could’ve not choose that wording or I could at least file for multiple-class action. Just some research I learned that I could’ve done better on my own

FRExcellent and honest service. Excellent and honest service. After we asked them to register a trade name and made the payment, they advised us that filing that name would not be helpful for our purpose and they offered to refund the payment right away. Excellent company. G. van Dijk, Amsterdam

GBVery Helpful I worked with Trademarks411 on my Trademark. They responded quickly to my requests and helped me finalize my Trademark. So easy and very helpful for someone who is not familiar with the process of Trademarks. It's nice to know that someone is there to help lead the way!

GBTrademarks411 Attorneys are Swindlers We paid almost $700 to get our company's name trademarked via Trademarks411 only to find out from the USPTO that for VERY obvious reasons our company name could not be trademarked. It is too generic. But we consulted with the attorneys at Trademarks411 about whether or not our name was a good candidate for trademarking, and they assured us that it was. Based on the letter we received from the USPTO regarding our trademark denial, the attorneys definitely should have known that our name was too generic to trademark. Very disappointed that they took our money instead of being upfront and honest with us about the law.
