Trademarks411 Attorneys are Swindlers We paid almost $700 to get our company's name trademarked via Trademarks411 only to find out from the USPTO that for VERY obvious reasons our company name could not be trademarked. It is too generic. But we consulted with the attorneys at Trademarks411 about whether or not our name was a good candidate for trademarking, and they assured us that it was. Based on the letter we received from the USPTO regarding our trademark denial, the attorneys definitely should have known that our name was too generic to trademark.
