Life keeps us all busy and we tend to forget to handle things and or we say that it will get done later. GBService beyond expectation! I applied for a trademark, through the trademark411 web interface from the UK but there was a problem with the card payment for paying for the USPTO fees step. Nicholas at Trademarks411 paid anyway so there would be no problems for my application and I paid Trademarks411 afterwards. Bear in mind my business is located in the UK, so this was beyond what was expected or required. I've had a couple of queries since, and even though I have gone for the most basic package, Nicholas has been quick to respond and provided great assistance.
