GBCustomer Service! The last thing any of us want to lose is a trademark that we have in place to protect our brand. Life keeps us all busy and we tend to forget to handle things and or we say that it will get done later. Needless to say, my very own later came back to become an issue but Trademarks411 handled that problem for me and for that, I am grateful.

GBTrademarks411 is the easiest & most affordable way to obtain a trademark anywhere in the world. I wanted to obtain a trademark for my band's name; Acid FM. I contacted a local attorney who was going to charge me $2800.00 plus the USTPO fees. I considered going that route but thankfully before I did that, I discovered Trademarks411. I went through the Trademarks411 site, read all the FAQ's & called that day. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction for my trademark needs. I literally obtained my trademark filed under two USTPO classes, within 90 days, for a fraction of the price. Trademarks411 is one of the best moves I have ever made.

GBThey helped me a lot i applied for a trademark 5 months ago, they helped me understand the risks and benefits after submitting the application. (it's mostly beneficial) i just now got a question to answer from USPTO and in 24 hours they helped me respond. I'm happy about their fast and efficient service,

GBService beyond expectation! I applied for a trademark, through the trademark411 web interface from the UK but there was a problem with the card payment for paying for the USPTO fees step. Nicholas at Trademarks411 paid anyway so there would be no problems for my application and I paid Trademarks411 afterwards. Bear in mind my business is located in the UK, so this was beyond what was expected or required. I've had a couple of queries since, and even though I have gone for the most basic package, Nicholas has been quick to respond and provided great assistance.

GBUnfortunately Unfortunately, what they do you can do it by yourself. They don’t search which class your goods is at. They just file the application. You may receive a letter from USPTO that a wording is board and classified in more than one class. When I checked by myself I found out it’s true and I could’ve not choose that wording or I could at least file for multiple-class action. Just some research I learned that I could’ve done better on my own
