Customer Service! The last thing any of us want to lose is a trademark that we have in place to protect our brand. Life keeps us all busy and we tend to forget to handle things and or we say that it will get done later. Service beyond expectation! I applied for a trademark, through the trademark411 web interface from the UK but there was a problem with the card payment for paying for the USPTO fees step. Nicholas at Trademarks411 paid anyway so there would be no problems for my application and I paid Trademarks411 afterwards.
