Trademarks411 is the easiest & most affordable way to obtain a trademark anywhere in the world. I wanted to obtain a trademark for my band's name; Acid FM. Unfortunately Unfortunately, what they do you can do it by yourself. They don’t search which class your goods is at. They just file the application. You may receive a letter from USPTO that a wording is board and classified in more than one class. When I checked by myself I found out it’s true and I could’ve not choose that wording or I could at least file for multiple-class action. Just some research I learned that I could’ve done better on my own
