GBA great experience! Easy process. Instead is spending hours upon hours filing our paper work and understanding proper state rules. I filled out the necessary paperwork and felt I was quickly on my way to getting back to the ideas of building my business.

GBAMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We first registered our TM with Trademarks411 months ago. It was an easy process. Then we started having issues with trademark infringement - it was a VERY stressful situation. I just want to highlight something that is missing in most businesses today, and that is personalized customer service. Nicholas is beyond amazing! He was there for us every step of the way. He was kind and I never got the feeling that I was asking too many questions. His insight was invaluable through the whole process. He made a hideous situation so much more tolerable. I appreciate the support and would highly recommend this company! Thank you so much!!

GBTrademarks411 is the easiest & most affordable way to obtain a trademark anywhere in the world. I wanted to obtain a trademark for my band's name; Acid FM. I contacted a local attorney who was going to charge me $2800.00 plus the USTPO fees. I considered going that route but thankfully before I did that, I discovered Trademarks411. I went through the Trademarks411 site, read all the FAQ's & called that day. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction for my trademark needs. I literally obtained my trademark filed under two USTPO classes, within 90 days, for a fraction of the price. Trademarks411 is one of the best moves I have ever made.

GBUnfortunately Unfortunately, what they do you can do it by yourself. They don’t search which class your goods is at. They just file the application. You may receive a letter from USPTO that a wording is board and classified in more than one class. When I checked by myself I found out it’s true and I could’ve not choose that wording or I could at least file for multiple-class action. Just some research I learned that I could’ve done better on my own
