Customer Service! The last thing any of us want to lose is a trademark that we have in place to protect our brand. Life keeps us all busy and we tend to forget to handle things and or we say that it will get done later. Unfortunately Unfortunately, what they do you can do it by yourself. They don’t search which class your goods is at. They just file the application. You may receive a letter from USPTO that a wording is board and classified in more than one class. When I checked by myself I found out it’s true and I could’ve not choose that wording or I could at least file for multiple-class action. Just some research I learned that I could’ve done better on my own
