Good materials, need less pressure I would give them 5 stars except they really put pressure on you to buy within a certain amount of time. Something we wouldn't do to our own customers. Our customers take their time as well as run their own clinicals, which is why there is a wait before purchasing materials, why does every vendor understand this but Chempoint? Its gotten a lot better since we have a new account rep. that we have been pleased with so far.

Their service is good.. Their service is good... as long as you don't need to engage with a real person. I requested a copy of their NACD certificate in OCTOBER 2018 and again on 10 April, 2019... and I'm still waiting for someone (anyone!) to respond.
