GBUnreasonable Timing, Bad Communication Requesting samples has been a multi-month fiasco, where it felt like they fought tooth and nail to not provide us what was requested, despite having given them a lot of business in the past. The end result: being charged $500 for a 25lb bag when the requested amount was just 2kgs. Being sent 25lbs was never communicated whatsoever.

GBTheir service is good.. Their service is good... as long as you don't need to engage with a real person. I requested a copy of their NACD certificate in OCTOBER 2018 and again on 10 April, 2019... and I'm still waiting for someone (anyone!) to respond.
