LTSlow response Wrote an inquiry on the plastic industry lubricants. Didn't got a response. A month passed afterwards, and here comes an email, that they will not be able to aupply. Already got a sample from other company, tested, purchased, procured, and used for a week. I suppose a bit slow with new customers.

GBGet a clue for your costumer service My first and only purchase from you made it possible for to never buy from you EVER. Your payment department not only will not call back they completely ignore the fact of receiving payments that I was told to make. Your costumer service is about as good as taking a bus to the train station other words get a dam clue

GBGood materials, need less pressure I would give them 5 stars except they really put pressure on you to buy within a certain amount of time. Something we wouldn't do to our own customers. Our customers take their time as well as run their own clinicals, which is why there is a wait before purchasing materials, why does every vendor understand this but Chempoint? Its gotten a lot better since we have a new account rep. that we have been pleased with so far.

GBTheir service is good.. Their service is good... as long as you don't need to engage with a real person. I requested a copy of their NACD certificate in OCTOBER 2018 and again on 10 April, 2019... and I'm still waiting for someone (anyone!) to respond.
