Unreasonable Timing, Bad Communication Requesting samples has been a multi-month fiasco, where it felt like they fought tooth and nail to not provide us what was requested, despite having given them a lot of business in the past. The end result: being charged $500 for a 25lb bag when the requested amount was just 2kgs. Being sent 25lbs was never communicated whatsoever.

I need to receive a ship date and… I need to receive a ship date and tracking information with my order. I had to call and request, and never received the tracking information, or confirmation that it shipped. Make it easier for me to track my orders and I would look to by more from that supplier.

ONE OF OUR PURCHASE ORDERS WAS SENT IN… ONE OF OUR PURCHASE ORDERS WAS SENT IN FOR PAYMENT AND DID NOT REFERENCE THE PURCHASE ORDER. THE INVOICES ALSO WAS NOT SENT TO THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT. CONSEQUENTLY CHEMPOINT PUT US ON CREDIT HOLD. WENH I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP ON PAST DUE ORDER THATS WHEN I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. I THEN PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD TO CLEAR OUR OUTSTANDING BALANCE AND ASKED IF OUR ORDER COULD BE EXPEDITED, THEN WAS TOLD THJAT THE SALESREP FOR CHEMPOINT WOULD HAVE TO AUTHORIZE IT***WHAT**CONTACTED THE SALESREP AND ASKED HIM TO HELP US RELEASE THE ORDER, THEN CAME TO FIND OUT IT ALREADY SHIPPED. ALL THIS TIME OUR DEDICATED CUSTOMER WAS WITHOUT THE GREASE NEEDED. HE THEN CONTACTED ANOTHER CUSTOMER TO BORROW SOME TUBES OF GREASE TO GET OUR CUSTOMER GOING. THAT WAS A PLUS....
