Boxes turned out beautifully! We received a beautiful product from Custom Boxes Hub. I am very pleased with the end result – the soft touch finish and silver foil on the magnet close boxes turned out perfectly. My shipment did arrive in two separate sets, which I wasn't aware of, so that was a little frustrating. The boxes also shipped from outside the United States so I would plan ahead for extra time when ordering in the future. Overall, I am very happy with the product!

Very fast Very fast, quick response. My first order, I had boxes ordered and ready for production within minutes. In the past, I've only ordered online. I wasn't able to ask questions. I ordered through the online chat, I was able to ask all the questions I wanted and gain much more insight into box ordering. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I ordered boxes in Oct. 2019 4 simple designs. It took 3 months to receive the boxes. Once they arrived, I found out that they were incorrect. Jeff, their employee told me "we missed a step in production" I requested a refund at that point in return they told me that they'll honor a refund if I paid to ship the useless boxes back. Instead, I gave them another try. We're In April now and I still haven't received a single box from them and they refuse to refund me. I have dealt with 6 people over the past 6 months and every time someone leaves their company i need to explain the whole scenario again! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
