GBIt took over a year to fix my townhouse… It took over a year to fix my townhouse after a flood. The quality was so poor they had to redo things multiple times & some things never got done right. They took so long I had to do a lot of the work myself. Then it took them 336 days to get the insurance company the closing invoice so I could get the money they owed me & be done with them.

GBNEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN, THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED ON OR NEAR MY PROPERTY...THEY DESTROYED MY ROOM, STOLE MY ANTIQUE BASEBOARD, AND RUINED MY ROOM AS I KNEW IT, DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME!!!

GBWorst customer care Tech guys fine. Organisation is truly awful. Txts ignored. Water left dripping for 8 days. Customer care is the worst I have ever known.

GBtotal incompetence and untruths I was introduced to this company following a flooding at my 16 century farmhouse and never in my life, have a dealt with a company, whose communication skills have been less than truthful, and whose promises have not been fulfilled. They assured me that my treasured 120 year old rug would be cleaned and well cared for when they removed it, after leaving us with no carpets or flooring and bare floorboards for 10 weeks. now after promising for its return on 5 separate occasions, it has suddenly been lost and I am told, it will not be returned. it has been handed down through 4 generations and it is the only thing I possessed of my mother who died at 36 , and now it is lost. This is awful and I get nothing, no apology nothing at all . Please do not trust this company with valued possessions.
