GBIt took over a year to fix my townhouse… It took over a year to fix my townhouse after a flood. The quality was so poor they had to redo things multiple times & some things never got done right. They took so long I had to do a lot of the work myself. Then it took them 336 days to get the insurance company the closing invoice so I could get the money they owed me & be done with them.

GBProfessional and responsive… I have really appreciated how proactive and upfront this company has been in dealing with an insurance claim. This is all the more appreciated given that all other parties involved from my insurance company to loss adjusters have been unresponsive and provided abysmal customer service. I’ve appreciated having one professional company in the mix, in the form of Rainbow.
