When adding comparables to a report the… When adding comparables to a report the entire first page of entrees vanishes. This make datamaster worthless as it takes more time to re type the first page of report. SFREP is my software.

Horrible company, Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Product Horrible company, horrible customer service, horrible product. I have never experienced worse customer service. The software hasn't worked for a week now and I have been back and forth over 15 times with monkeys at this company. No one has fixed the problem and they eventually just stopped responding to me. I hope every appraiser considering Datamaster reads this and decides against using them.

Every time your company does an update… Every time your company does an update I have to call you to get the program to work again. Also, in each area all of the appraiser would generally want you to extract the same data and put it in the same place on the forms. However, you have each individual set it up. I would like to have mine set-up the way another appraiser that I have confidence in has set his up.

I've recommended DataMaster to every appraiser I know & I'll continue to use it. Very honest company, with the bookkeeping/accounting. I do hope their technology gets better with GPAR forms. 5 Stars!

Missing data Missing data. Issues with transferring the correct data. Your updates changes the formats. Data on MLS and tax record doesn't transfer over. You don't offer the cost approach like other data entry companies do. Now having issues bringing up tax record to transfer. If i had another choice I would use another company but since I am limited to why my software allows.
