I'm spoiled after using DataMaster for the last couple of years and will continue to utilize it for every report I write. I do and have recommended DataMaster to peers and they all enjoy it as well. poor response times poor response times, data not being pulled consistantly, errors out too often, last "update" now it does not pick up concessions. This program is now too expensive for this type of experience.

Data master has been a life saver Data master has been a life saver. Cut a full 2 hours off of my report completion process. I say to all Appraisers out there, you have to get data master. If you already use some other data entry service, just try data master, their prices are unbeatable from my experience and will really help you. Their customer service is also stellar!
