They can't figure out how to configure… They can't figure out how to configure the database to include my MLS in NJ. They stated that GSMLS is covered but it remained to be seen. I have been calling on the daily bases for the last 3 days No Luck. I was told the salesperson is not on her desk, But it has been 5 hrs since and no one can get in touch with her. They shouldn't offer that service with alamode if they can't provide it. Alamode is a great company and they should not allow such low service company on their platform

I’d give the software 4 stars but... I’d give the software 4 stars, but the value and customer service is more like 2 stars. The software works well enough, it still has some bugs however it let me do about 90% of what I want. It’s quite expensive though, over $1,000 per year and they are not even providing the data, just an import function really. The customer service was great when they were trying to sign me up but then fell off sharply. My MLS made some changes and they were quite slow to update the software even after numerous complaints. The worst part is that when I needed to cancel my service, they still charged my credit card after numerous emails, and then forced me to dispute the charges with my bank instead of issuing a timely refund. Bottom line, the software does save you lots of time, but I would look into some competitors first for better value and service.

Would be higher Would be higher, but Dallas didn't get the updates that we saw demo'd last year at the North Texas Chapter Appraisal Institute conference. It showed a lot more features that had been or were about to be rolled out in other cities.

DataMaster is a huge time saver for me DataMaster is a huge time saver for me. It cuts down about an hour on the time required to type up an appraisal. Since it transfers the data of the subject property and each comparable sale as it appears in the MLS and/or the county tax records, it eliminates the chance for typos/errors in data transfer which can often happen when typing everything by hand. Signing up for DataMaster four years ago was one of the smartest things I did for myself and my appraisal work. It has more than paid for itself and I don't think I could go back to doing it the "old" way again.

people are great people are great program terrible doesn't integrate with Bright/mls as it did with Trend/mls spoke at length about the problem and apparently because I do not have a higher status thru bright it will not integrate with datamaster. Not willing to pay excessive fees so will find another program.
