GBBRANDLESS TO BLANDNESS New CEO needs to be fired. He dropped the food line entirely! Which had excellent, good tasting food items at inexpensive prices. I bought almost every item without many fails. He is looking for $$$. Who doesn't. But why chop off a division that I saw growing. He could have incorporated his new line. I would continued to buy more. The new line of cookware, beauty, health, baby is good. I continue to buy from them but my high dollar spending has dropped to minimal. The measuring cups stink. Too flimsy. The handle bends at the bond. Don't except for them to stay together for very long.

GBWHYYY??!! WHYYY??!! No more food, office supplies or affordable products?? Mostly everything used to be $3... why did this CEO think that taking away the most valued things and raising the prices was a good idea? This isn't the Brandless I was introduced to. I'm truly disappointed.

GBHonestly cannot believe Brandless… Honestly cannot believe Brandless stopped selling food!!! I am so disappointed and definitely done shopping there... that's what set them apart from every other online shopping. I can get the products they sell now cheaper elsewhere. Booooooo!!!!

GBBeware! Do not expect real customer service from Brandless! Made a purchase in good faith - received a notification when box was "delivered," however the package was left outside on the sidewalk by USPS where it was soaked in the rain (a few more steps could have been under cover) - USPS is not available to speak to on the phone (the local office deliberately does not answer the phone, and the 800# is a joke), the package was originally shipped with UPS who handed off to USPS for some strange reason. When I contacted Brandless (only available through email who takes 24 hours for each response), I was told that I can call UPS or USPS (haha) to have the package picked up and then I can notify Brandless to send a replacement. Maximum customer inconvenience!

GBBrandless...the biggest sellout of the… Brandless...the biggest sellout of the 2000's This company has successfully done a 180 and now resembles any other e-commerce health, home, and beauty company targeting affluent consumers and selling overpriced, useless crap. It's not even "brandless" anymore...is there anything that resembles the original business model? The organic/natural, low-cost food is gone, as are the pet products, obviously the "no brand tax" thing no longer applies...I'm sure the home products will be next to go and Brandless will basically be Goop. Way to go. Eat a nice bag of Ds, Brandless. You suck.
