GBWOW had no idea that Brandless has… WOW had no idea that Brandless has closed was wondering why I haven't received any emails in quite some time. So I googled it in just now and I was very shocked because I was going to order some things. I've ordered before several times and enjoyed the healthier foods and snacks. And few other things but now their gone!! Wish they would've notified everyone about the closing thank goodness for Google. Wish I could find another store online like Brandless that sells healthy foods etc and other products for reasonable prices

GBThe service was great, but the product was not The service was great, got my order in a very timely manner, but the product itself was a bit under par. They work fine, but my complaint is that the finish on the wood is wearing off quickly even with hand washing. Im afraid they will warp soon enough (cooking utensils)

GBBeware! Do not expect real customer service from Brandless! Made a purchase in good faith - received a notification when box was "delivered," however the package was left outside on the sidewalk by USPS where it was soaked in the rain (a few more steps could have been under cover) - USPS is not available to speak to on the phone (the local office deliberately does not answer the phone, and the 800# is a joke), the package was originally shipped with UPS who handed off to USPS for some strange reason. When I contacted Brandless (only available through email who takes 24 hours for each response), I was told that I can call UPS or USPS (haha) to have the package picked up and then I can notify Brandless to send a replacement. Maximum customer inconvenience!

GBI’m with everyone else on here I’m with everyone else on here - bring back the food. Did they just think no-one would notice? Or we all secretly wanted to go on cleanses? For those of you looking for an alternative, Public Goods is a decent alternative. I’d started buying more from them as they’re more environmentally friendly but they lacked (and still do) a big food selection which, you know, Brandless had. Until they decided to show us their “commitment to healthy food for everyone” or whatever was just a big marketing bit.

GBBrandless...the biggest sellout of the… Brandless...the biggest sellout of the 2000's This company has successfully done a 180 and now resembles any other e-commerce health, home, and beauty company targeting affluent consumers and selling overpriced, useless crap. It's not even "brandless" anymore...is there anything that resembles the original business model? The organic/natural, low-cost food is gone, as are the pet products, obviously the "no brand tax" thing no longer applies...I'm sure the home products will be next to go and Brandless will basically be Goop. Way to go. Eat a nice bag of Ds, Brandless. You suck.
