GBCustomer service unacceptable Ordered a large quantity of gift baskets and the return process is awful. Company ignores your calls and does not respond to questions in a timely fashion.

GBI was not pleased I have 4 kids and ordered the same gift basket for all 4. They ended up sending 3 of what i ordered and 1 different one wtihout asking me or notifying me. It was a surprise to all of us. One of my kids felt left out and I felt terribly.

GBMy Aunt Loved it I purchased the basket of sugar free items for my aunt and she called and LOVED the basket. I would definitely buy from them again.

GBNot worth it....my research said yes, but actual experience says NO! I thought I had purchased a really nice gift basket, especially for the price I paid. (I researched MANY sites) My Recipient laughed/joked at some of items in the basket, saying small items in big boxes. She also commented on low quality of some products. So basically I paid ALOT for packaging of CHEAP products. To top it off, you CAN NOT talk to anyone via the phone who knows ANYTHING about your order if you have a problem/question. They're nice but can't help. The GiftsBasketPlus company has its call center take calls and then makes the call center email questions/complaints to someone else. It took three days and numerous phone calls for me to even get any info about my order. I really thought I'd found a decent gifts basket company....don't waste your money.
